Seven checks covering source reference, eligibility, response timing, scope, delivery capacity, capability terms and evidence. Keep an unresolved requirement from disappearing inside a total score.
A worksheet for tying each requirement to its exact notice section, the firm's evidence and the next verification step. Use it before entering a conclusion in the tool.
Follow three fictional IT reviews: incomplete capability coverage, insufficient delivery capacity and a response deadline inside the preparation threshold.
A clear distinction between term coverage, review status and the firm's actual decision.
A review is only as current as its source.
Capture a revision. Record the notice URL, amendment identifier and the time you checked it.
Separate fact from judgment. A deadline copied from a notice and a team's estimate of preparation effort are different kinds of evidence.
Resolve the expensive unknown first. If a mandatory requirement may exclude the firm, investigate it before drafting a long technical response.
Record a revisit trigger. A new amendment, confirmed staffing or a changed delivery assumption may justify another review.
These resources support a manual review. They do not supply live opportunities, establish eligibility or predict an award. The free checklist checks what you enter; it does not read the source notice.
Put the evidence to work.
Use the free checklist to organize your own source facts, identify blockers and keep a local decision brief.
